Services — Commercial Photography
DIMAH creates commercial photography for brands in Montreal that want their imagery to feel art-directed, not stocked — campaign photography, automotive work, corporate portraiture, and full image libraries.
Photography is usually the first place a company's presentation falls apart: a strong logo and website undermined by inconsistent, generic images. We build photographic systems — one visual language applied across campaign, web, social, and print — so every image a brand publishes looks like it came from the same considered place.
The work spans automotive photography, brand and lifestyle campaigns, architecture and interiors, hospitality, and corporate photography. Every shoot is directed: lighting, casting, styling, and art direction planned against the layouts the images will actually live in.

Process
How a project unfolds
Art direction
We define the visual language first — light, palette, framing, and references — and align it with where the images will be used.
Pre-production
Locations, casting, styling, and a shot list built against your real layouts and formats, not guessed after the fact.
The shoot
A directed session, in studio or on location, with selects reviewed on set so nothing essential is discovered missing later.
Delivery
Edited, retouched, color-managed files in every required format, organized as a library your team can actually navigate.
A strong fit for
- Brands building a consistent image library
- Automotive dealers, detailers, and manufacturers
- Developers and architects marketing spaces
- Companies replacing stock photography with real imagery

Questions
Asked before most projects
What does a commercial photography shoot cost?
Pricing depends on scope — a half-day corporate session is priced very differently from a multi-day campaign with casting and styling. Every quote is fixed and itemized, including licensing, so there are no surprises at delivery.
How is licensing handled?
Licensing terms are defined in the quote before the shoot. Most commercial clients receive broad usage across their own channels; extended or exclusive licensing is available and priced transparently.
Do you shoot in studio or on location?
Both. Much of our work is shot on location in and around Montreal because real environments photograph with more character, but we produce studio work where the concept calls for it.
Can photography and video be produced together?
Yes, and it is usually the most efficient path — one pre-production, one location day, two crews or a hybrid setup. Many DIMAH projects deliver a film and a stills library from the same production.
